Mud Conditioner 4PSM 3 x 15

The ITE Mud Conditioner 4PSM 3x15 is designed to dewater heterogeneous solid-liquid mixtures and comprises a vibration screening machine with 4 panel screens and a cyclone unit with 3 hydro-vacuum-cyclones.

The 3 hydro-vacuum-cyclones separate fine particles (down to 45 µm) from the slurry. The purified liquid leaves the hydro-vacuum-cyclones via the cyclone overflow, the fine particles are removed at the cyclone underflow and fall on the screens.

With a G-force of up to 6.3 G the installed panel screens are set into motion, hereby dewatering the slurry and separating the solid particles from the liquid.

Characteristics

  • Very efficient screening capabilities even down to the critical range of 100 to 45 µm
  • Equipped with 3 x 15” hydro-vacuum-cyclone unit (fold-away) for separating fine particles from suspensions by means of centrifugal force down to 45 µm
  • Equipped with 4 screen panels on one level. Screen panels are available in wire woven stainless steel and polyurethane subject to application.
  • Changeable screen angle appliance for a flexible adjustment of the screen deck subject to the changing soil conditions.
  • Due to the hammer wedge attachment the screens are easy to change in very short time.
