Panel screens for solid-liquid separation
Product features
ITE panel screens are designed to be installed on ITE industrial shakers for the purpose of dewatering heterogeneous solid-liquid mixtures.
ITE vibration shakers operate at a g-force of up to 6.3 g and put into motion the panel screens, which, in turn, separate into fractions the solid particles contained in the suspension and dewater the disperse solids mixture.
In the process, the size of the near-mesh particles and/or fineness of separation results from the respective mesh width of the screens which may range from 12 mesh (1680 µm = 1.68 mm) up to 325 mesh (45 µm = 0.045 mm).

| ITE panel screens have a long life-time. An application-orientated selection subject to the material to be handled of course is required in order to minimize the unavoidable wear. |
