ITE Manual Flocculation Unit MiniFlock
The Manual Flocculation Unit ITE MiniFlock is a very compact and easy to handle unit that is built into a 10 ft. Standard Container: The MiniFlock is capable to mix and to provide polymer solutions.
After connection to a power source, the machine is immediately ready for use. No need for additional time-consuming and costly connections.
All electrical components are connected in the control panel with delivery and can be operated easy and safe. Due to the premium components that are designed to meet the special needs of the application a reliable and low-maintenance operation is insured at all times.
The Manual Flocculation Unit ITE MiniFlock is equipped with:

a 2000-liter-Tank with integrated agitator to mix the polymer solution |

a Venturi eductor with hose to suck the polymer powder from the sack to the tank and to mix it there with the water |

a back-flow protection system with cleaning and pressure reduce function |

a dosing pump to feed the polymer solution and controlled manner to the feed point |
|
a cable based remote control to dose the polymer feed and to provide an emergency shut-off in the nearer area around the unit |
