To ensure an optimized technical and economical process in tunneling and pipe jacking, it is important to treat the drilling fluids efficiently. ITE designs modular separation plants, which are tailored to the individual requirements of the costumers and work in closed system.

By separating the solid particles and drill cuttings from the drilling fluid, it is possible to use this media again in the circuit. The separated solids can be removed easily. In order to avoid the downtimes during the driving, separation of fine particles plays an important role.

Based on the time-tested components and technology from the deep drilling field, ITE GmbH developed a special separation solution for treatment of drilling fluids and mineral sludge for tunneling and deep drilling applications.

ITE recycling plants provide for separation of solids as high as possible in each stage. This closed recycling concept ensures the separation of the fine particles and constant characterization of the slurry. This modular system guarantees a continuous and rapid process with as less as downtime as possible.

The capacity of the plant depends on the size of drilling. Together with our costumer and based on his needs, we design and offer the optimal plant which meets the needs of the tunneling and pipe installation industry. Depending on the application, it is possible to combine different models of vibration screening machines, hydrocyclones, process tanks with integrated centrifugal feed pumps and decanter centrifuges with different sizes.
