The special developed powerful mobile separation plant ensures the complete and efficient treatment of drilling fluids from the will and geothermal construction plants.

Processing of the drilling fluids was especially in former times a problem for small scale drillings. Because the existing separation plants were over-dimensional, was their application for small scale drillings not economical.

As the drillings and the drilling fluid cannot be discharged in the groundwater or any other drainage system without previous treatment, a large number of containers were used to sediment the solid particles. This process was time consuming and expensive. Disposal of the drilling sludge by means of pump trucks was associated with high costs.

With ITE modern dewatering screening machines, especially designed for well digging and geothermal drilling applications, ITE GmbH developed a recycling concept which is not only environmental friendly but also economical. An innovative screening technik together with the high accelerating force of the screening machine ensure that depending on the encountered soil types, almost clear drilling fluid can be discharged into the drainage system.

The compact dewatering screening machine decreases the volume of the waste material which results in less disposal costs. The electricity and water consumption decreases as well. Because of the size and weight of the machine, its handling on the job site is practical and easy. The minimum space requirement for its montage makes it easy to mount the machine on a usual skip.
