Separation Technology for Biogas Plants
With its many years of experience and expertise ITE GmbH has succeeded in developing products, which are suitable for biogas plant applications.
ITE’s mobile, high performance fine screening shakers, e.g. ITE 3PSM or ITE K2D, are specially designed for the mechanical separation of substrates into liquids and solids, and for prescreening the fermentation residues to prepare them for the centrifuge.
ITE shaker screens with mesh sizes ranging from 5 mm to 45 µm are easily exchangeable in combination with a convenient hammer wedge attachment system. This ensures the necessary flexibility for adapting to the properties of the processed material. Therefore ITE’s fine screening shakers provide ideal separation results and exceptional dewatering performance.
ITE fine screening shakers feature a compact and modular design with a small footprint making them easily transportable. They have been designed for continuous plant operation and require low maintenance. Furthermore they are fully compatible with other ITE equipment, e.g. decanter centrifuges.
ITE decanter centrifuges, e.g. ZR19347, are ideally suited for the separation of fermentation residues due to a combination of high revolution speed and high acceleration force. Achieving an almost perfect solids-liquid separation results in a high quality liquid fertilizer and very dry solids surplus material.
The decanter centrifuges are completely adjustable and automatically controllable. They are capable of processing large quantities of fermentation residues improving the profitability of biogas plants considerably.
ITE fine screening shakers and ITE centrifuges can be installed during on-going operation minimizing down time. ITE components are designed for long-term reliable plant operation.
